Visa Commercial Pay Online version 3.7 introduces improvements to the Communications Hub alongside additional functionality to improve user experience.
We have made the following improvements to the Communications Hub:

Added a new message type of Invoice Reminder to show invoice reminders issued via Visa Commercial Pay Reporting. You are not able to resend any Invoice Reminder communications from the Communications Hub.

Made the date fields unavailable when you search for communications by Deployment ID, to make it clear that they are not applicable.
- Made the following enhancements to the Advanced View:

Added the Message Icon to the Advanced View. For example: email, secure email, fax, API.

Added an Original Recipient field to the Advanced View. This displays the original destination address for the communication, and if any override was applied.

Added an
icon to indicate where a communication has been overridden.

Added icons to indicate different message types. For example: email, secure email, fax, API.

Diverted the Communications History link from Deployment Details to the Communications Hub. This includes a button to take the user back to Deployment Details.
We have added a section to My Profile to allow users to set their communication preferences. Users are able to opt in or out of communications such as Release Notes and Scheduled Maintenance updates.

Toggle Product News on or off to set your preference for receiving Product News. A blue toggle indicates that your preference is to receive the communication.

We have updated the View Deployment page to show unmapped Advanced Card Controls captured against the deployment for certain deployment methods.

We have made it clearer for users creating a new card to identify if an Advanced Card Control template has not been configured by an Admin user.
Exported user lists display the Approver assigned to the user in an additional 'Approver' column.

We have added the ability to edit the details of a flight found using the Find Flight option.
After entering your Carrier Code, Flight Number and Departure Date, click Search and your Flight Details will be automatically populated. If any areas are incorrect, you can edit them whilst retaining the rest of the information provided by using Find Flight.

We have made several improvements to the User Interface (UI):

Ensured that there are text status indicators in all areas of the UI, as well as visual indicators.

Provided an indicator for delegated approvals to show if the delegation is active or inactive. This will make it easy to see if a delegation is now expired.

Ordered Custom Data Field dropdown options alphabetically instead of by creation date, to make finding the correct item easier.

Allowed PNR retrieval for multiple Air segments using one button. Select the segments you wish to include using the checkboxes on the right-hand side, and click Retrieve PNR.

Restructured the navigation bar for Admin users. The existing menu categories are grouped to reduce the number of top-level categories. The categories available are dynamically included based on the roles available to the user.

We have resolved an issue where the text in the Approved card email notification was unclear as it did not mention the relevant section of the home screen. The text has been updated to refer specifically to My Approved Deployments.

We have resolved an issue where clicking Back from viewing a linked app deployment took you to the home page instead of back to the deployment.

We have resolved an issue where the Linked App Deployments page was not returning data if users sorted by Email and Accessed.

We have resolved an issue where it was not possible to add an Approver Delegation if the Approver had previously been added as a delegation for earlier dates.

We have resolved an issue with Accommodation deployments where the check in and check out dates were showing the dates as incorrect, but the user could still deploy the card.

We have resolved an issue where cards created in Visa Commercial Pay Control showed an incorrect status for some deployments.

We have resolved an issue with Bulk Upload Suppliers where the payment method selected was not showing in the UI after upload and approval.

We have resolved an issue where the Approver's Dashboard was not showing the Requested By and Requested Date for suppliers added via bulk upload.

We have resolved an issue where the dropdown option was not visible for some new CDF templates.
