Visa Commercial Pay Online v3.11 introduces Failover Protection alongside improvements to existing functionality to enhance user experience.
We have created a new section in Card Pool Administration called 'Failover Protection'. Failover Protection allows users to re-route failed deployments to a backup Card Pool. For example, if Card Pool A fails to deploy, the deployment request is routed to Card Pool B.
Users can configure:
-
Failover Route—the backup Card Pool that the deployment is made from.
-
Failover Notification—the recipient(s) of the email notification of the Failover Protection being triggered.

Failover Protection will only be visible if it is enabled on your Card Pools. If you require this to be enabled, please contact the Visa Commercial Pay support team.
Note
Failover Protection is not compatible with Card Pools that have Approvals configured.
We have added the language selection to the footer of Visa Commercial Pay Online, to allow users to set their own default language preference.
This is only available on Payments and Administration.

The User Search now includes all levels equal to and below the searcher's access level. The searcher can only see users of their level and below and can only administer users of lower access levels.

Deployments now expire at 11:59pm on the deployment end date. Previously, deployments expired at 0:01am on the deployment end date. This change means that deployments will be active until the end of the day of expiry, instead of expiring immediately.
We have improved the Advanced View of the Invoice Communications section to show invoice communications data.

We have fixed an issue in which deployment Custom Data Fields gave incorrect options in the dropdown menu when editing deployments with CDFs linked to Data Lists.
