We have enhanced the workflow view so that users can easily see when a deployment is pending approval. Users can see:
The name/s of the Approver/s that are required to approve the deployment.
The Approver/s contact details (email and/or telephone number).
The Requested Amount and Charge Dates of the deployment.
We have added the ability to view the following information on deployments where approval has been completed or rejected:
The name/s of the Approver/s that approved or rejected the deployment.
The Approver/s contact details (email and/or telephone number).
The date that the deployment was approved or rejected.
We have added the username to the welcome email to ensure that users have easy access to all the information they need to log in for the first time.
When Supplier Autocomplete is not enabled, the supplier dropdown is no longer visible when creating a new card. Supplier Autocomplete is enabled by default. The Support Team can disable this. Please contact us if you require your settings to be updated.
We have resolved an issue where it was possible to change the start date of an active card.
We have resolved an issue where Team Member emails were not populating correctly for newly added Team Members.
We have resolved an issue where sending cards for approval resulted in the card being blocked due to Approvers being labeled as not registered.
-
We have resolved an issue where Visa Mobile Control Bulk Upload functionality did not match the functionality available in the standalone version of Visa Commercial Pay Control. We have made the following changes in Visa Commercial Pay Mobile Control to bring both versions in line:
Bulk Upload Users process does not bypass the approval system in place for individual users.
Failed instances of Bulk Uploads Users are not marked as successful.
