If you forget your password and are unable to log in to Visa Commercial Pay Reporting, you can reset your password by clicking the Forgotten Password link.
You will be prompted to enter the answer to your security question. If you answer the security question correctly you will receive an email to the email address that is registered to your user account.
Open the email and click on the link to reset your password. You will then be prompted to answer your Security Question and enter the characters from your memorable word.
Providing that these are entered correctly, you are then able to create a new password for your account.
The link in the email can only be clicked once, and will expire after 2 hours. If you need a new link, restart the Forgotten Password process.
If you cannot log in to your Visa Commercial Pay Reporting account, it may be because you are locked out of the portal.
You are automatically locked out after three consecutive unsuccessful log-in attempts or if you enter the incorrect response for the security question during the forgotten password process. The Visa Commercial Pay Reporting interface will not inform you on-screen that you are locked out, however you will receive an email to advise you.
Follow the Forgotten Password process to unlock your account.
If you forget your memorable word, you will need to contact your administrator to have your memorable word reset. Your memorable word needs to be a minimum of 8 characters.
To change your password or memorable word after you have logged into Visa Commercial Pay Reporting:
Click the account dropdown from the top of the Home page and select 'Change Password'.
Enter your Existing Password before choosing and confirming a New Password or Memorable Word.
Click Save Changes to save the changes and update your details.
