Once you locate the user via User search, you can update their account by clicking Edit user on the top right of the User details page. When you do this, the Edit user button will change to Update user.
You can edit information under the following tabs:
Personal details—view and edit User name; Role; Forename; Surname; Email address; Contact number; Employee number; Cost centre; Visa Commercial Pay Reporting access.
You can also edit locked or disabled users via the toggles in the bottom section of the Personal details tab.

User locked—if this is toggled on, the user's account is locked and you will be unable to access it. The user should use the Forgotten Password option on the login page to unlock the account. If the user cannot unlock themselves using the Forgotten Password option, a Corporate Administrator can unlock the user in Visa Commercial Pay Online by toggling User Locked to off.

User disabled—if this is toggled on it will deactivate the user account. Toggle it off to reactivate the user account.
Security—edit the user's security question/answer and/or password.
Account access—Flexible user rights: add or remove privileges from the user role default privileges at an individual user level.
This feature does not allow alterations to the standard default settings for overall user roles. For example, you cannot remove the ability to access and administrate Card Pools from the Customer Administration role for all users. Changes will need to be applied at each individual user level.
Card Pool access—view and manage a list of Card Pools that can be configured for user access. If all boxes in the 'Access Enabled' column are left unchecked, this will grant the user access to all Card Pools.
Manage approver delegation—view and manage Approver delegations linked to the user.
Audit log—view details of any approved changes and edits to the user details.
Note
You must click Update User to apply the edits. If you have enabled Dual Approval, the edits will need to be approved by another Administrator before they are applied to the user.
Click Delete user on the top right of the User Details page to permanently delete the user account.
When Dual Approval is enabled, creating or editing a new user, including users created via Bulk Upload, will generate an approval request. An orange banner at the top of the page will indicate that a review is outstanding.
The user who created or edited the user can view the details of the review, but cannot accept or reject it.
Administrators will receive an email notification when there is a new user or edited information for an existing user. All pending reviews are visible via Administration > Manage users > User approvals.
Click View to review the New User or User Update.
All areas with new or updated information are highlighted with an orange marker. Click into an individual tab to review the settings.
You can also view the changes in the Change Request tab.
Click the View link to view any additional details.
When you have reviewed the changes, click Accept or Reject.

Clicking Accept will prompt you to confirm. Confirming will update the user record with the changes or create the new user.

Clicking Reject will prompt you to add a note to clarify the reason for rejection. You will not be able to complete the rejection without adding a note.
Once you add a note and click Reject to confirm, the changes are declined and the user record will remain unchanged, or the new user will not be created.
The Administrator that created or edited the user will receive an email notification once the review is complete. If the changes have been rejected, the email will contain the rejection reason.

This functionality is optional and can be enabled at an Issuer level by Visa Commercial Pay Support.
