The Visa Commercial Pay Reporting current period shows all of the transactions received since your last statement. This is a preview of what you will see on your next statement. Once the statement has been cut, the transactions shown in the current period will move into a statement period.
The statements that you see in Visa Commercial Pay Reporting are provided to us by your card provider via a data feed transmission. The statement should match your bank 'paper statement exactly.
If you are missing a transaction on your statement follow the below steps:
-
Check that the supplier has charged the correct card. If they have not , you will need to ensure the virtual card is charged by the supplier.
-
Check the date that the supplier charged the virtual card. (Transactions usually appear in Visa Commercial Pay Reporting 1-2 days after the charge date).
-
Check that the transaction appears on the card providers statement If the transaction is not provided on your card provider statement, then this will need to be raised directly with the bank.
-
Providing that all checks above have been done, you will need to raise a ticket with Visa Commercial Pay Support where our specialist team will work closely with our banking partners towards a resolution.
A virtual card has been deployed but when applied to a booking by the integrating partner, the booking has failed for some reason.
The integrating partner sets the status to failed with supplier. This will need to be referred back to the integrating partner to investigate the cause of the failure.
Why can I not see the last 4 digits of the card in Visa Commercial Pay Reporting for my AirPlus Transactions?
The last 4 digits of the card are sent to us when we receive the statement. Transactions in Visa Commercial Pay Reporting within the current period are not contained within a statement period and thus do not show the last 4 digits.
