The Summary screen gives you a high-level overview of your payment history. You can see:

A month-by-month spend total.

Top spend categories, ordered by most spent.

Top suppliers, ordered by spend volume.
You can toggle to view information for the previous 6 months, 1 year, or 2 years.
You can also change the displayed currency. If you change the currency, it will convert the currency based on today's currency exchange rate.

You can view details of individual transactions in the Visa Commercial Pay App via Card Details > Transaction.
Transactions are not available immediately for eCommerce cards. In most cases, only settled transactions are made available once a daily transaction file is provided by the Card Issuer to Visa Commercial Pay. This transaction data normally arrives between 48 and 96 hours after the date of the transaction.
If you are using a Digital Wallet Card, you may be able to view some real-time information, such as the pending authorization or declined transactions. Not all transactions are available real-time, so please allow up to 96 hours for this information to be displayed.
For each transaction you will see:

Total Amount—relevant to the billing currency.

Merchant Amount—only displayed when it differs from the billing amount and currency.

Merchant Narrative—the name of the merchant that charged the card.

Transaction Date—the date the charge was processed by the merchant.

Transaction Category—Visa Commercial Pay App transaction category group.

Spend Purpose— you can add notes to the transaction for your records. This is also made available in Visa Commercial Pay Reporting.

Transaction ID—the unique Visa Commercial Pay platform transaction ID. This is available in Reporting.

Show all receipts—tap to view any receipts you have associated with the transaction.

Add new receipt —tap to upload a receipt.
