You can create new cards in the Visa Commercial Pay App if your Corporate Administrator has granted you the appropriate access. The following steps describe the generic steps to create a card, but your exact workflow may vary depending on your user role and settings.

On the App Home screen, tap Create new card.

If you have access to create cards for more than one team, choose which Team the card is for. Selecting a team will automatically apply any settings that your Corporate Administrator has configured for that team in Visa Commercial Pay Control. Tap Next.

Choose which card type you need. 'Paying for things on the go' will generate a digital wallet card. 'Paying for something specific online' will generate an eCommerce card. Tap Next.

Choose the amount and currency to be allocated to the card. This will be the maximum spend allowed on the card, and cannot exceed any maximum spend limits that apply to the team. Tap Next.

Select the dates that the card should be active. Tap Next.

Complete any Custom Data Fields that your Corporate Administrator has added to your card workflow.

Access to create new cards can only be granted by your Corporate Administrator, so please seek advice from them if you can not create a card and believe that you should have the required access to do this.
