If you have forgotten your password or your account is locked, you can click the Forgot password? link at the bottom of the login screen in the Visa Commercial Pay App.
Alternatively, you can start the forgotten password process via the web portal at https://app.commercialpay.visa.com/
You will be asked for your email address, followed by the answer to your secret question that you set during registration. If you enter a valid email address and the correct answer to your security question, you will receive an email to the email address registered on your account. This email contains a temporary link that directs you to the registration website.
On the registration website, you will need to re-enter your security answer and create a new password. If your account was locked, you will now be able to access it with the new password.
You must ensure that your chosen password contains at least 8 characters and at least one of the following: upper case letter, lower case letter, number, special character.
