Once you locate the user, you can update their account by clicking Edit next to Personal Details, Security Details, or Memorable Word.
You can edit Account Access in the bottom section:
User Locked—if this is toggled on, the user's account is locked and you will be unable to access it. The user should use the Forgotten Password option on the login page to unlock the account. If the user cannot unlock themselves using the Forgotten Password option, a Corporate Administrator can unlock the user in Visa Commercial Pay Online by toggling User Locked to off.
User Disabled—if this is toggled on, this will deactivate the user account. Toggle it off to reactivate the user account.
Click More next to the Personal Details section to complete the following actions:
Card Pool Access—view a list of card pools that can be configured for user access.
Manage Delegations—manage Approvers linked to the user.
Delete User—permanently delete the user account.
