To log in for the first time, you will need a username, security question and answer and a memorable word. These are created by your Corporate Administrator.
Visit the URL: https://signin.commercialpay.visa.com/Default?pkn=VISACOMMERCIALPAYONLINE and follow the steps below. If you have received a system-generated Visa Commercial Pay Online welcome email, click the link in the email and follow the instructions below from step 3 onward.
Enter your username.
Visa Commercial Pay Online is available to view in English, English (United States), German, French, Italian, Spanish, Spanish (Mexican), Portuguese and Welsh. To select your preferred language on the login page select the language dropdown from below the sign-in box and select the preferred language.
Click the Forgotten Password link.
Enter the answer to your Security Question.
Once your user authentication has been validated, a Forgotten Password link will be sent to the email address associated with your username - please also check your junk folder. Click on the link in the email.
The link can only be clicked once and is valid for two hours. If you click the link and do not complete the Forgotten Password process or click the link after two hours have passed, you will need to start the Forgotten Password process again.
Answer the Security Question and enter the requested characters from the Memorable Word provided with the username.
Create and confirm your new password.
- If the password you choose does not meet the minimum criteria, you will see a warning message and the password will not be accepted. You will need to re-enter a password that does meet the criteria.
If the password meets the minimum criteria, then you will be directed to the Visa Commercial Pay Online Home page.
