VAT breakdown is available in Invoice Reports. However, you are only able to use the invoice reporting function if you are adding in a manual breakdown of spend by using invoices in Visa Commercial Pay Reporting.
This report is used to assist in the viewing the Invoice data (line item breakdown) for each transaction.
This will provide you with your broken-down transaction information and is in line with the card statements, for either the current period or a specific statement date.
The current period includes transactions between the current date and the last statement date received from your banking partner.
The Standard Invoice Report provides all the transactional data including the breakdown of the charge i.e. Room Charges, Meals, Drinks etc., and the tax breakdown for each charge. The data here has been taken from the supplier invoice.
This report is used to assist with statement reconciliation and provides you with a full overview of all transactions in line with the card statements, for either the current period, a specific statement date, or a date range.
The current period includes transactions between the current date and the last statement date received from your banking partner.
The Standard Transaction Report provides all the data which Visa Commercial Pay holds in regard to the transaction and the deployments. You can customise the report by selecting specific fields.
Note
There can be a delay of 1-2 days, from when the transaction was processed to when the data will show within Visa Commercial Pay Reporting. This is because we receive a daily file from your banking partner with details of all transactions which they have processed. It can take a day for the charged transaction to be reflected on the file which is sent and processed overnight.
