It is really important Visa knows your correct billing address.
We display this to Visa Commercial Pay App users allowing them to seamlessly pay for goods or services online. When you change your billing address with a Card Issuer, please contact Visa to have this updated on our system.
An incorrect billing address could cause payments to be declined.
If your account is locked, follow the forgotten password process by tapping the Forgot Password? link to unlock your account.
You can update your name directly within the Visa Commercial Pay App. Tap the options menu on the top-left of the screen and navigate to the Profile screen. Simply type over the Forename and Surname fields and tap Update below the profile form to save your changes.
You cannot change your email address within the Visa Commercial Pay App. You must re-register for the app via the registration website.
You can update your secret question and answer directly within the Visa Commercial Pay App.
Tap the options menu on the top-left of the screen and navigate to the Profile screen.
- Tap Account.
Type over the secret question and secret answer fields.
Tap the update button below the profile form.
If it's the first time you've used the app, check with your Corporate Administrator that they have associated your registered email address with an account in Visa Commercial Pay Control.
If you've used the Visa Commercial Pay App before but can't see information that you previously had access to, it may be that your access has been removed by your Corporate Administrator. Contact them for further information if you believe you should still have access.
